Hachiku
Moonface
I like the change of company
Don't aim to write great poetry
Unconsciousness decisions trigger loneliness
But offer shelter in my dreams

Cryptic is my mind you see
Happiness and glory the new way to feel
Honesty in hieroglyphs
Give value to the emptiness
I sense
But can't recall

Right here in war times
Sleep right through your past crimes
Reset your regrets
For what you fear will disappear

No need to fight the excitement
I know it is frightening
To run for your life
When you've got nowhere to hide
Replace your vicious marks
Leave the unneeded behind

Patronize my memories
The public life a tragedy
Spontaneous liberation of a structured mind
Heal a sole dolphin's lonely calls
Come here right now look at the moon
A face unknown and gone to soon
I idolize the clarity
That at first
Might seem like purity

Right here in war times
Sleep right through your past crimes
Reset your regrets
Oh don't you fear for what's no longer here

No need to tranquilize your emotions
First you feel, then you ignore them
But it's been quite alright
I found some comfort in my
Caravan of thoughts that seems to follow behind
My life
My life
My life
