One South Lark
404
I went to go get lost in the morning
I didn't know what I'd find
When I went for a walk in the morning
I found out I lost my mind

So I went down to the park in the morning
And sat down next to a friend
And I made light of a discovery that I couldn't
Comprehend

And everything was clear as day
But everything was fading away
And when the world's nothing but gray
My mind left my brain

I went to see what I lost that morning
But it was something so undefined
So when I went to that park that morning
I still couldn't see I was blind

So I went back home with a heavy heart
And I laid down on my bed
And as I drifted off to sleep I found that there was
Nothing left in my head

And everything was clear as day
But everything was fading away
And when the world's nothing but gray
My mind left my brain

And everything was gray
Yeah, everything was gray
And everything was gray
Yeah, everything was gray

But everything was clear as day
But everything was fading away
And when the world's nothing but gray
My mind left my brain
My mind left my brain
My mind left my brain
My mind left my brain
