Black Holes Suck
From afar, you see a shining star
And though it’s dark, you see it from so far away
It sheds its light, things start to look more bright
Then bam, it’s outta sight
Where did it go? Well, I’ll tell you…

Black holes suck things in from their surroundings
Can’t get out, the force is so astounding
They’ll destroy all happiness and light
And that’s what you do
Once you get to the event horizon
You’ll find nothing you can lay your eyes on
Sucks so much that light cannot escape
The darkness that’s you

Gravity helps keep you on your feet
And though it’s weak, it holds you yet you’re still free
But add it up when stars get big enough
Then space and time’s messed up
And what’s to blame? Well, I’ll tell you

Black holes suck things in from their surroundings
Can’t get out, the force is so astounding
They’ll destroy all happiness and light
And that’s what you do
Once you get to the event horizon
You’ll find nothing you can lay your eyes on
Sucks so much that light cannot escape
The darkness that’s you
A black hole in space, is a compact mass of darkness
That can deform space and time, but they can’t be seen cause light will not be reflected
Black holes form when heavy stars collapse when they die
Then they grow by pulling in stars, planets and can even merge with other black holes
There’s a point where something being sucked in can’t leave
Where the gravity gets too strong… by the way there’s probably one in the center of our galaxy

Black holes suck things in from their surroundings
Can’t get out, the force is so astounding
They’ll destroy all happiness and light
And that’s what you do
Once you get to the event horizon
You’ll find nothing you can lay your eyes on
Sucks so much that light cannot escape
The darkness that’s you

Ooh la la la...
