I love you
(Major thing for me in the 4 year retreat as well as learning to be w discomfort in a meditative way, you're not striving for good feeling you're just learning to be with the moment.)

1:
The last thing ill ever say
Is my love won't go away
But ill hide if you like if you need me to
The last thing ill ever say

(So I think that's a very important thing to explain and promote in the world of meditation because many people tend to crave, they tend to crave that sort of, maybe they cravе the absence of wеllbeing.)

2:
The first thing I ever knew
Was that I wanted to take care of you
When we're old when our skulls soften like infants do
The first thing I ever knew

(What is happiness if we are making a shift if its not having a great feeling, well i think its very much about being less tormented i think happiness is the same as freedom being free from having a tempestuous relationship w our own mind.)

3:
The last thing ill ever do
Is hold your hands and stare at you
With these eyes with this mind holding onto
Those things we'll never do

(So then another problem arises, you say oh well meditation means clearing the mind - just vacuum them up throw them away and that's another thing w meditation where they sit down and just try to blank out its frustrating)
The more you try to push something out the more invasive it becomes

Invasive it becomes
