“Path Upon Renewal”
As I walk along this path putting all my days behind me
I blindly fell to all the problems that would bind me to my depression
I was left in darkness that would blind me
I felt a presence lingering beside me
The figure to my right was one of indigo
He asked me where I’d like to go
I told him that I wanted to be left alone to do my business
I said “I got this rope that Imma put around my throat I’m following this path upon the woods so I could keep it hidden.”
He said “No, no, no, you have misunderstood I'm asking where you’d like to go aftеr you are gone for good, up off this plain of existеnce to rid of all your hatred. Would you like to go to hell or reincarnation?”
I simply stated, “I feel like you think I’m a fool.”
He simply replied, “I think you need a good renewal.”
I shook my head and then he laughed and so I hopped up off the track
And over to a tree where I could finish up my fucking path of past attempts and all the little things I can't take
The figure said “Excuse me but I think this is a mistake.”
I tied the knot and looked around the whole place and then dropped from the tree and then I felt old pain
He said I need to embrace my past
And take all of the little shit and throw it in the trash
He told me that I'm done with all of that
I told him that “I only feel regret. I took my life and I ain't even the age of 16 yet.”
He said, “There is only 2 things that I'll do: I'll toss you in to hell or I'll renew and revive you.”
I told him, “I don't know what I’d do.”
So he said, “Do what makes you happy”
Then I awoke in a white room
