Nigel32: Hello! Today (11/24/2021) I am here with Andi, (a.k.a. Pixie Lee), a member of our Genius community and a Genius artist. Let me start off: How are you today?

Andi: Um. I’m cold. Very cold.

Nigel32: Honestly, same. I’m currently wearing a hoodie that is too big for me but it keeps me warm! 🤣 What’s the temperature like where you live?

Andi: Wow. Uh, it’s 41 degrees if that counts. Too cold for me.

Nigel32: Yeesh, that's cold. If you wanna stay warm, I recommend fleece. That saved me a lot when I was freezing. Fleece hoodies are a gift from the HEAVENS.
So, is thеre anything that you do in your free time, other than Gеnius? Is there a TV show you like or a game you like to play?

Andi: I normally play video games in my spare time.
I like first person games, since I just like seeing the game through their eyes.
That, or I’ll play random games on my computer lol

Nigel32: Really? What kind of first-person games?

Andi: Skyrim, the LFD series, Halo: Reach.
Anything that looks interesting and includes aliens, zombies, or dragons mostly

Nigel32: Nice!
Genius is a highly music-oriented site, so what kinda music do you like to listen to?

Andi: Metal 🤣
I also listen to a little bit of rap, rock-rap, indie stuff, rock, punk rock, and some pop rock.
But it’s mostly metal
Nigel32: Any metal artists in particular?

Andi: Motionless In White is my favorite metal band right now.
I also like Manson (of the Marilyn variety, as my friend would say) and Cradle Of Filth. Best three right there

Nigel32: Interesting, and do you still listen to Marilyn Manson after the Evan Rachel Wood allegations?

Andi: She is a lying person who is just wanting attention.
Brian didn’t do anything.
(Yes, I still listen to him. I almost have every album)

Nigel32: Everyone is innocent until proven guilty but a lot of these times, the victims of domestic abuse don’t lie. I’d have to say I disagree with you here.
Anyways, when and why did you join Genius? Was it to look up lyrics for your favorite artist, or something else?

Andi: I started Genius a long time ago looking for lyrics to a My Chemical Romance song. Made an account, and I’ve been here ever since.

Nigel32: Nice! I see we joined in a similar manner. So when did you start writing and posting music to your account?

Andi: About a month after I joined Genius, I think.
My songs sucked then, but I’ve thankfully gotten better at them.

Nigel32: Same, I posted a song called WTF back in 2018, it was not my best moment…
So what kind of music do you write usually? Is it rock, or pop, or do you write many genres?

Andi: I write rock songs, but they’re near metal.
My band, and my brother also do the exact same thing. So I really don’t complain.
Nigel32: Do you have any personal favorites of songs that you wrote?

Andi: Not really. They’re all good in their own little way.

Nigel32: I don’t know if you feel the same way, but I feel like every song I write is like my little baby that I put out in the world, like a little chunk of your personality that you put out in the world and hope people receive it in the same way you do and care for it. (Look at me getting deep 😭😭😭😭)

Andi: Oof.
I never feel that way about my songs… Maybe it’s the emo in me making it to where I don’t care, but oh well

Nigel32: Probably cause I can get super personal in my music 😭😭😭
So I just want to take a 180 here. As some of you may (or may not) know, Andi here has many personalities that make ice whole. How have having these personalities shaped who you are as a whole person on the outside? Break it down for us.

Andi: Well, every personality represents a different version of me. Sometimes, one personality expresses something I (Andi) cannot show. Sometimes, whenever people do me wrong, Ash comes out to deal with everything. Gee shows up whenever he feels like it, but it’s normally whenever people are in need.

Just different things can happen to me, and all but two personalities show up.

Nigel32: And how have your different disorders helped shape who you are today? I guess I’m asking you, what makes you……..you?

Andi: I guess my disorders make me unique, and that’s always nice to see from a singer (with stage fright).
My brother had always told me that no matter how many disorders I have, I’ll always be one of the most unique rock singers out there.

Nigel32: I think that’s why you’re one of the most creative artists on Genius, and why so many are drawn to you. You’re unique, and not everyone can do what you do, which is probably why ur one of the more popular ones, with (at the time of this interview) 359 followers, and consistent views on your music.

Andi: Aww thank you!

Nigel32: Lol, just like two more questions. Do you have any advice to fellow Genius artists who are starting out or still looking for a stable audience? How did you get there?

Andi: Just keep trying, I guess.
I really suck at giving advice, even though people flock to me like I’m a saviour.

Nigel32: I know a few people who do that to me lol, one person even referred to me as “the GOAT Nigel”, I’m not all that. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Andi: Oof,

Nigel32: Yeah 😭 so I ask this question to all of my people at the end of an interview: What are your goals and aspirations for the future?

Andi: I really want to, just for one time, get on stage with my band.
That’s the only thing I want to do in my life. That’s my one goal for the future.

Nigel32: But then after that?
No future aspirations?

Andi: Nope. I just want to get on stage, perform, and do that over and over again.
I just wanna tour with my band, tell the best stories on tour, and make hundreds of fans happy.
