Japanese Releases by Korean Artists
The Genius Korean community takes care of the music releases of Korean artists, regardless of the language in which they perform their songs and releasing albums. Often it is not just Korean language, but also English, Japanese, or Chinese. What is a K-Japanese release? These are songs and albums dedicated primarily for the Japanese market, and releasеd wholly or partly in Japanese language by artists who havе a connection with South Korea (Korean, under Korean labels, etc.).
Starting in the early 2000s, many Korean acts have gained immense success in Japan. Therefore, many modern artists release Japanese versions and original Japanese songs periodically. Recently, both the Japanese and South Korean music markets have become intertwined to an extent that both Korean labels have artists dedicated to the Japanese market, and Japanese labels have artists dedicated to the Korean market.
