Mysterious Ways
A few years ago, by a harbor in Boston
Two kids from the coast crossed the same road
And found they were lost in
In the middle of town and the middle of conversation
They talked about books, and soon they were hooked
And headed to Harvard Station
He asked "Where are you from?"
She said "Nowhere cool"
He'd moved to be a writer
She said "Me, too
Where's your magnum opus?"
He said he had work to do
"But if it's convenient, I think I need a muse"
