sorrow
trip to the garden
Took a trip to the garden
Grass with the trim, kinda looks like a carpet
I need space, people treat me as a target
But get with me, and your life is kick started
All this green, you would think we in the forest
My guest list like a giant, It's enormous
Her name's Dorothy she was never into porridge
Just white lines that she takes in the morning
Now it's 2 A.M
Hanging out with who again?
Looking for another time to mess up and redo again
I'm getting bored of all the acting that I do
Instead of telling everybody that I'm sick of being cool
I guess I'll write my own ending, that's it
Wake up in the morning left a pill on my mattress
I can't look away cause if I do then I'm passive
Ima take it; pray this headache go away then I'm back in
I lack enjoyment
I lack the plaques
I lack the status that they've been anointed
I lack the passion
Passing out at three from all the voices
Crowded rooms and bad choices
Powdered faces, loud noises
I don't think that Ima make it out
Even though it's my house
Even though I know that I could drive away and leave the town
And take it back when I only wanted to be proud, of my accomplishments
But I'm over it, I'll just hold it in
Forever and ever
On another endeavor
And I'm never indebted
To nobody It's settled
I used to think I was greater
I threw my keys on the table
And told myself that I made it
Had all the hope in the world
But that well ran dry
Put my faith in a girl, and she said goodbye
So I stuck to the things that would help me fly
To a whole different place
Running on my time
I answer no questions
No answer is enough
No plans to be grand
Like pianos in the mud
No sand in weird glasses
No caps with those tassels
No magic
No plastic
No cash
And no love, it's a sad place
That was kind of unavoidable
Travel through the void and think that life is so enjoyable
That's why we take it all, we're in need of some comfort
Gotta walk away and question all the spells that were under
Took a trip to the garden
Grass with the trim, kinda looks like a carpet
I need space, people treat me as a target
But get with me, and your life is kick started
All this green, you would think we in the forest
My guest list like a giant, It's enormous
Her name's Dorothy she was never into porridge
Just white lines that she takes in the morning
