The Serpent’s Call
[Verse 1]
Gather all who hear
Gather 'round the hearthfire
A tale I'll tell you here of sailors and crystal eyes
The story of a man
Who dared defy a leviathan
Reborn upon the sands
He left his old life behind
[Verse 2]
When I was a boy, I sharpened words like a blade
To fend off all the blows they dealt
While sticks and stones may break my bones
My tongue is my defense
But the wounds they opened never closed
Then came the sailing man
And he offered me his hand
So I put to sea and left behind the little Stone
A journey to the great unknown
[Verse 3]
But before him stands a traitor
He holds a match below
"Is this the end?" thinks our sailor
When a voice speaks of something more
[Verse 4]
Bring me your sword, your soul
Can't you see I'm a god of this world?
Trust and believe the seas will be yours
As soon as you release me
