I Remember / Great Is Thy Faithfulness
It's a cold and rainy afternoon
No one else at home
Got a couple hours
Of quiet time alone
I pull out some old photographs
And letters that I've saved
Smile back at companions
From another time and place
I remember
Friends who've come and gone
I remember
Twists and turns of this road I'm on
And in faces and places
So dear to my heart
I remember
I remember how faithful You are
All along this journey
In all that I've been through
You've placed so many people
Who've pointed me to You
I see in every season
When I've laughed and when I've cried
Whatever I was needing
You sent someone to provide
And I remember
Friends who've come and gone
I remember
Twists and turns of this road I'm on
And in faces and places
So dear to my heart
I remember
I remember how faithful You are
Looking back on every moment
And mile, it's so clear
I hold a testimony of Your goodness
In each souvenir
I remember
Friends who've come and gone
I remember
Twists and turns of this road I'm on
And in faces and places
So dear to my heart
I remember
I remember how faithful You are
I remember how faithful You are
"Great is Thy faithfulness"
O God my Father
There is no shadow
Of turning with Thee
Thou changest not
Thy compassions, they fail not
As Thou hast been
Thou forever wilt be
"Great is Thy faithfulness"
"Great is Thy faithfulness"
Morning by morning
New mercies I see
All I have needed
Thy hands hath provided
"Great is Thy faithfulness"
Lord, unto me
Pardon for sin
And peace that endureth
Thine own dear presence
To cheer and to guide
Strength for today
And bright hope for tomorrow
Blessings all mine
With ten thousand beside
