Hold Them Alive
Here lies the pain
The thorn marks on your hands, they are forever
And you hold them alive as you go through touching this life
Love winds and wanes, wrapped up in what all is forgotten
And the rememberings tell of an unsanctified spell
So how do I walk while holding
Some kind of words that morph from bereaving
Withered is the arch, the moon hangs bleeding
I’ve lived the dark energy feeding
I can see blame placed upon a vulnerable hollow
And the sounding of bells, thеy ring and they quell
Love winds and wanеs, wrapped up in what all is forgotten
And the rememberings tell of this irreverent spell
Circling the dawn, the wake all around you
The flora and fauna, incantations surround you
It lives in stark liminal space within you
Dispirit sparks, they stalk and they hound you
