Morning Lights
We can feel the sun coming up in our rooms
Hanging over the ocean
Soon replaced by the moon
We lose ourselves in the pursuit of reaching the end
Every day is another chance to start it again
We find ourselves covered in
These things that keep us warm
Can you remember the first time we felt strong enough
To make it out on our own
And move these mountains alone
We never did
Never did get that feeling that we're too young
We can feel the sun coming up in our rooms
Hanging over the ocean
Soon replaced by the moon
We lose ourselves in the pursuit of reaching the end
Every day is another chance to start it again
Just take a second to look back
At what we knew
When we never answered to no one
Now we're another habit that just can't seem to afford
There's got to be a better way
We're find a better way
To keep the spark in our eyes from fading
There's no time for explanation
While this breeds anticipation
You're only as good as your intentions
And I'm intending to make this right
We can feel the sun coming up in our rooms
Hanging over the ocean
Soon replaced by the moon
We lose ourselves in the pursuit of reaching the end
Every day is another chance to start it again
