SUPERBLOOM is a record that is born from patience, world wide tragedy, ambitious hunger for learning and diving into a more evolved free flow / free from type of songwriting. We must realize what we ingest mentally will always dictate our subconscious minds thought process & output. Allowing myself to be the authentic me, meant making a record such as this. I am proud of my lack of fear. Kill the fear. Fear of failure, fear of destruction of relationships, fear of coming up short. All that matters is the footsteps foward. Yes indeed. The journey.

Thank you first of all to my brother, best friend, musical soulmate and creative partner MATTHEW PAULING. Thank you for your ever lush and expansive mindsets towards music and the way it can change a person for better. Thank you for believing in me, always. You've never let me down and we've chased our wildest ideas together, you are equally responsible for my first solo album's existence. Without your caring, nurturing nature towards me and my vision, I would not be the man or artist I am today.

Thank you to my brothers and band mates Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford, and Calum Hood. Thank you for removing the poison of ego from our band's blood and allowing me to be me, allowing other parts of me to flourish and again believing in me. if it weren't for you 3 men scooping me off the streets of western Sydney, I'd have nothing close to the abundant ability and resources I have today. My god, I am so grateful for you. I'll always be cheering you on, whether it is beating the absolute shit out of the kit behind you onstage or in "real life". Cause we all know, this is one big fairy tale.

My dearest Kay Kay, thank you for our deep and ever expansive relationship. We're gorgeous together and I love you very much. You support me, you know me and all my deepest parts, the world doesn't deserve your sweetness.

Matthew Emsell and Benjamin Evans, I am so proud of you both as managers and my musical partners. Thank you for reverberating my voice, thank you for holding true to my vision, thank you for believing in my drive and relentless work flow.
