Richard Alvarado, known professionally as Nba Rich, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Washington Heights, New York. He rose to mainstream fame in 2021 with his release Hearts. He grew up in a tough neighborhood, but he still maintained to stay focused on school and only got in to minor trouble growing up nothing to serious that we would know of. Which explains the pain in his songs that he expresses due to him experiencing a lot of death and robberies at a young age. With the big sucess he has gained in the past 2 years is impressive he has gained over 50 million streams on all platforms. Nba Rich recently just dropped a song called "Thangs" which has a music video to it as well. The song "Thangs" was 3 spots away from making the billboard top 100 which is astonishing and a big accomplishment he would've had. Not to forget the fact his uncle YoungBoy Never Broke Again is one of the biggest viewed artists on YouTube with having over 13 billion views. I cant wait to see what come next from Nba Rich he is young and has a bright future ahead of him. We also just might get the YoungBoy Never Broke Again feature we have been waiting for, but I think he wants to see what he can accomplish on his own before getting a big feature.
