This whole last year's been crazy
I'm still waiting for God to change things
That won't stop me from celebrating that God saved me
One year short of a score, my faith in the Lord is secure
No games played this is more of a war
Some battles I lost horribly scars are still sore to me
Sure the victory's assured to His army
Enduring this story is hard but no warrior's
Formed with no warring in war there's no warning
It's raw, and gets gory the darts hit and thoughts switch
Unless the sparks quenched when it's blocked with
That God centered logic, the law and prophets, synoptics
God's writ, still rock solid longer than clocks tick
The foundation I start with, i will not get
Knocked off it, nor will I forfeit when the bombs hit
I might take losses for all of these straw bricks
Our God's lit and flammable parts get offed quick
But every L's a lesson, every trial's a blessing
Every failure strengthens, there's no prevailing weapons
The gates of hell can threaten, make a veiled expression
My enemy isn't heat, did you see a pale complexion?
I'm purified through God's training I'm not breaking I'm
Vibranium, got the divine in my brain and I'm
Paraphrasing the mind of Christ reigning and
Not the size of my cranium
So don't start saying I strayed from Him
Besides where could I hide, there's no containing Him
No shade in Him, all shine, both the same to Him
No fading Him, all fire, there's no flaming Him
