I am a human

And so I think about the things I say to you

And I wonder if you even have a clue

Do you love me, or do you not?

That's what I thought



I am a human

I'll rock your world, I'll make you feel like you're fulfilled

We can be two individuals unreal

It's the first thing we have to prove, it's what we knew



Oh, my body aches with fire

Biology aside, I'm feeling like this world has come alive



I am a human and so are you

We're pioneers of this wicked land

We can live away in castles made of sand

Do you want this? I know you do

Oh, I love you



We are improving every single day that we are still alive

And we fall apart when darker times arrive

And the cycle begins once more

We can't ignore



Oh, my body aches with fire

Biology alive, sometimes I feel like time is running out

Oh, we still have room to grow

And though darkness had a whole

That we'll see, I was once lost but now I'm found



The revolution, it won't be televised

It won't turn [?]

As all the humans setting fire to the street

And we won't stop until it time to let it shine



I am a human

And so I think about the things you say to me

And I wonder if I'll ever disagree

Do you want this, or do you not?
