Well I want to channel the energy of nature into this meditation
We're going to unlock the power of your imagination
By going on a journey through the woods
An exploration of the great outdoors
So we can get in touch with our inner wildness
Right now, I want you to imagine that you're lying down on a smooth bed and pine needles
It's a little cold on the first touch, but the sun is shining down on your face
Thеre is nobody else around
You'rе just there, reclined on planet Earth
You're surrounded by the sounds of nature
Birds singing, leaves rustling in the wind, water bubbling in a brook
Let's take a moment to breathe deeply and absorb this image of you becoming one with your surroundings
Breathe in. Let go. And again
It's cool if your mind wonders
Mine does too
Let these thoughts pass like clouds drifting in the blue sky
The important thing is that you notice these thoughts (Imagine nature)
Breathe in. Let go. And again. And again (Imagine nature)
When you feel ready, open your eyes and take in the world around you
Maybe you don't see trees and plants
But anytime you want to go back to the wilderness, all you need to do is close your eyes and feel that sunlight on your face
And fresh air in your lungs
What a blessing it is, to be alive
