I was leaving from the arcade
After a few rounds of Galaga and hanging around with friends
But as I was walking home
Passing by some woodsy area
There was this SUV
That I could tell was following me
I was just trying to get home
I wasn't far, I could see it off in the distance
They slowed down on the road
I saw a glimpse of that man behind the wheel
His hair was unkempt
And he had some weird mechanic getup
I stared at the car for only a second
Before I sprinted to the woods
I prayed that he wasn't going to come after me
I hid under a tree for minutes end
Trying to catch my breath, but be quiet at the same time
Time felt like it crawled
And when I regained my composure
I walked out of the woods to see he was gone
So I then sprinted on home
I know about the disappearances
I don't want to be the next one
I told my parents and they had me give a description
To some officers that were investigating the missing cases
And I've been paranoid ever since
Always looking over my shoulders
In fear that he'll be there again
I don't want to disappear
But he could be anywhere
What if he's around the corner
And they haven't caught him yet
I don't want to be the next one
I don't want to disappear
