I met him on the dance floor in 1994
At the Limelight, this Disco in New York City
Which is on the corner of 20th street and 6th avenue
And I spotted him, it was hard to miss
Because he was dancing as if his life depending on it
He was dancing like this wild man
And he was wearing this vintage platform shoes
Which literally made him 7 feet tall
I'm 6'4", he was 7 foot tall
So I went over and introduced myself and uh, said:
"Wow! I love the way you dance. Let's dance!"
