Thank you for listening, the meaning behind masks has nothing to do with the coronavirus
I had originally plan this album way before but timing worked itself out this way
But this album and its title masks is inspired by the drama masks. The two masks seen usually in theaters
The name Melpomene represents the tragedy mask or Muse of Tragedy, the sad face
And the name Thalia represents the comedy mask or Muse of Comedy, the smiling face
These masks are a symbol of opposing themes in literature, theater, and song, they come from two of the Greek Muses
There’s two different themes here in this album, like introvert extrovert, but this time it isn’t about two different personalities. Masks is a story.. I could say a lot more behind the meaning but your here for the music. I can explain more later.. but now it’s time to listen..
