Part Seven: Quickly Discussing Smurt’s New EP (Jentrick)

Note Before

Sorry about this part. I just heard rumours about a new post-death EP coming from Smurt and the record label, (Smurt Records/RandomCrazyStudios), so I felt like we should discuss it in this book, despite the fact that it hasn’t dropped yet.

Discussing The EP

Recently, some of Smurt’s Gang Gang crew members claimed that Smurt had been working on finishing and mastering an EP full of outtakes. The EP would consist of five songs; one cancelled song from each of his full-length studio albums. His bois said that he had planned not to release it soon, but to release it before his rap career ends, and now, with the much too sudden end of his rap career, his bois are trying to release it. They claimed that the EP may not be on Soundcloud, and possibly not on YouTube, but definitely on BandCamp. The EP is being worked on currently by the Gang Gang, though they have been having some compromising issues while trying to work as a team without Smurt. Lil P said that the Gang Gang agreed that since he was the only remaining founder of the Gang Gang, and that he knew Smurt the best, that he should be the one to finish Smurt’s EP. Infact, P announced himself that he would be doing Smurt’s EP and further postponing his out of respect to Smurt and his final, unreleased projects. He also said that he may release small snippets of the tracks or at least one full-length single from the EP on YouTube over the next few weeks or months while the EP is being finished.

*NOTE: As of February 9th, 2020, this EP is still not yet released, and was likely cancelled due to lack of found material.
