George Orwell
Nineteen Eighty-Four (Book 3, Chapter 8)
Everyone was ready. The peacocks were squawking on the roofs ready to leave Oceania.

Winston began to migrate as Moses did with the Israelites.

The pelicans, sea lions, and seagulls began following Winston.

All of the people and animals began following Winston.

How did Winston, the animals, and the people know where to go to the New World with California? God led them again! During the day, He went in front of them in a pillar of cloud, and to lead the way at night, He went in a pillar of fire to give them light.

The tigers roared followed by a giant herd of livestock, reptiles, amphibians, and wildlife.

Suddenly, high above the hill, the policeman appeared with his villainous crowd of people with their chariot of horses, ostriches, ravens, and guard dogs.

"Where is your God now, Winston?" said the policeman. He saw that Winston was leading his people to the Pacific Ocean. The policeman yelled louder than the telescreen. "We have them! They're trapped!" This is followed by a loud terrible baying sound outside and nine hundred
enormous guard dogs that sound like wolves (Plus they cannot bark like other dogs) had joined the policeman's army. Suddenly, the policeman yelled wildly, as he used his chariot with two horses to get rid of Winston. "Kill our capture! Kill our capture!"

Suddenly, Winston, Julia, and their good people saw the policeman's army coming down the hill. Suddenly, God summoned a giant tornado to stop the policeman's army from killing. Winston began telling his people and animals. “If you choose me, my new comrades, then every one of you shall get double the rations of food followed by the water, then it is time for my golden staff!”

Suddenly, Winston stretched out his hand with the golden staff over the sea. God caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided.
So his sea lions, pelicans, seagulls, people, and animals went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.

Suddenly, a voice rang out from Winston. “Four legs good. Two legs BETTER! Four legs good. Two legs BETTER! Four legs good. Two legs BETTER! Four legs good. Two legs BETTER!" It was the herd of zebras and the flock of sheep! They were the next animals to cross the Pacific Ocean led by Winston.

The aviary animals (including the pigeons, the vultures, the eagles, the peacocks, and bats) flew to the shore of California in the New World and it worked!
The pair of rats and other pairs of Australian animals (including kangaroos, koalas, dingos, cassowaries, wombats, emus, kookaburras, and Tasmanian devils) began running to the shore of the New World.

All of the people and animals began running through a wall of water all the way to the shore of California led by Winston, Julia, the seagulls, the sea lions, and the pelicans.

Julia ran up to the shore and made a command when all the people and animals are walking to the shore of California in the New World. "My friends, the time has come that you should learn the truth. A truth so bitter and vile but nonetheless the truth! Let’s face it, Do you remember Comrade Napoleon? Comrade Napoleon… was a TRAITOR! Yes, my friends, he had been a traitor! If you think about it you will find out that his days were no better than those of Jones’. The promise remained a promise, never for once becoming a reality. Oh, how hard you toiled in the hayfields, how hard you toiled for building the windmill, but he did little more than snatching away your hard-won rewards. If anyone dared to raise his voice against the evil, then the brave voice was silenced with ease. Say, my friends, did you overthrow the tyranny of the human race by seeing this day? Did Old Major dream of this dreadful place?!!? CERTAINLY NOT! So comrades, let’s reduce the last reminder of that much-dreaded regime to ashes. Were Napoleon and Mr. Pilkington with their men and pigs got killed by dogs?!!? YES! Because of Tamino joining the Avian Animal Side, Snowball and Squealer tell Napoleon to be killed with Mr. Pilkington and his pigs and men. Napoleon is dead because of Snowball and Tamino!! Come on now and get to shore because the policeman and his chariots are near the tornado!"

Suddenly, when Winston saw a pride of twenty lions like Noah's Ark, he said, "That's the last group, new comrades. Now the policeman's army will be drowned in the water forever."

The tornado vanished until the policeman and his chariots saw that all the people and animals are saved on the shore of California because of God.

Suddenly, the waters returned and covered the chariots of horses, the nine hundred guard dogs, the chariots of ostriches, the villainous crowd of people, and the policeman.

At last, the people, the animals, the sea lions, the pelicans, and the seagulls are saved!

The people and animals let out a thunderous blaring shout of excitement and yes, California and the New World was theirs!

The people and animals began stampeding to the City of Los Angeles but Winston and Julia with their sea lions, pelicans, and seagulls finally had a new home in the New World for the first time.
