This is a song I wrote about an experience I had down in Alabama
There was a, uh, there was an airport there
And we used to go sneak in on the back side of this airport
And, um, park behind the runway and turn our headlights off
And these big 737 planes would come flyin' up, right over the top of us
And there wasn't much to do down in this part of Alabama
So this was, provided us three or four seconds of entertainment about every thirty minutes
But, uh, it was something fun to do on the weekends
We really only got away with it three or four times before we got into a little bit of trouble, uh, one night
Wound up in a little bit of trouble with the police
And it was, uh, unfortunate but, uh
After moving to Nashville and runnin' out of other ideas to write about, uh
I decided to write about this, uh, experience
And, uh, Keith Urban ended up recording it so, uh
This song's called "Cop Car"
