Khush ba-khvaan la-ilaha illah-hoo,
[Recite well, there is no God but He]

Jidhar jaa raha hoon, jidhar dekhta hoon,
[Wherever I am going, wherever I look]
Habib-e-Khuda hi, habib-e-Khuda hai,
[Friends of the All Mighty are all I see]
Wahi awwal awwal, wahi aakhir aakhir
[He is the first one, he is the last one]
Wahi ibteda hai, wahi inteha hai,
[He is the beginning, he is the end]

Tu ghani az har do a'alam mann faqeer,
[You are the lord of both worlds and I am a mere beggar]
Roz-e-mahshar uzr haaye man pazeer,
[On the day of judgement, accept my excuses and forgive me]
War hisabam ra tu beeni naguzeer,
[But if you must judge me and take account of my sins]
Az nigah-e-Mustafa pinha bageer
[Please do not show it to my beloved Mustafa]
Tere hi naam se har ibteda hai,
[Everything begins with your name]
Tere hi naam tak har intehaa hai,
[Everything ends with your name]
Teri hamd-o-sanah al-hamd-o-allah
[All praise is due to You]
Ke Tu mere Mohammed ka Khuda hai.
[For you are the God of my beloved Mohammed]

Na dil ka hosh rehta hai, na jaan ki fikr rehti hai,
[I am not worried about my heart, or my life]
Waha jo bhi pohoch jaaye, wahi sar shariq aata hai,

[What did Mansur say on the gallows?]
Sab banaake khilone raha tu hi tu.
[Having made everything like toys, it's only You who exists]
