Alicia had a crush
Talkin' a real connection, it was so much more than lust
Like her heart was on fire, spontaneously combust

But rackin' up a body count was his callin' card
To him, she was just another piece

Days pass, and she gets her girlfriends to ask him out
We still in middle school apparently, they tellin' her

If they get some dinner and a movie, he could act less

So after the flick, they dip and pull up at her address

She gets, annual checkups at the Midtown Clinic
Got a call from her doctor bout somethin' they found in it
Came in the next day wit' her mother and they sat her down
Said her white blood cells is dyin' out
And those three, letters bout to turn to four
Heard a scream behind the closed door
