Bittersweetness
I know just how you feel
How the guilt is real
That's the way it happens when we fall
Lies tell us we're accused
We feel unexcused
But there's a way to rise above it all

Time and time again
We feel defeated by our sin
We can't give up
We've got to learn to give it all to Him
There's a bittersweetness
In confessing all my weakness
I can walk again
As if I'd never fallen down

Every time I fall
Thinking that I can't get up
I just have to call
And He is there to pick me up
When I finally see
That He is not accusing me
I confess it all
Knowing He still walks with me

Stop wondering when to move
What you trying to prove
You've got nothing left to justify
Life waits to be pursued
And now that you've been renewed
Take your place among the reconciled
Time and time again
We feel defeated by our sin
We can't give up
We've got to learn to give it all to Him
There's a bittersweetness
In confessing all my weakness
I can walk again
As if I'd never fallen down

Every time I fall
Thinking that I can't get up
I just have to call
And He is there to pick me up
When I finally see
That He is not accusing me
I confess it all
Knowing He still walks with me

Every time I fall
Thinking that I can't get up
I just have to call
And He is there to pick me up
When I finally see
That He is not accusing me
I confess it all
Knowing He still walks
Knowing He still walks
Oh, every time I fall
Thinking that I can't get up
I just have to call
And He is there to pick me up
When I finally see
That He is not accusing me
I confess it all
Knowing He still walks with me
