SELINA KYLE: I had to find a way to stop them from trying to kill me.

BATMAN: You've made a serious mistake.

BANE: Not as serious as yours, I fear.

BATMAN: Bane...

BANE: Let's not stand on ceremony here, Mr. Wayne.

*Batman charges at Bane and they begin to fight*

BANE: Peace has cost you your strength, victory has defeated you.

*Bane begins to win the fight, Batman throws explosive batarang*

BANE: Theatricality and deception; powerful agents to the uninitiated... but we are initiated, aren't we Bruce? Members of the League of Shadows! And you betrayed us!

BATMAN: Yes, you were excommunicated by a gang of psychopaths.

BANE: I am the League of Shadows! I'm here to fulfill Ra's al Ghul's destiny!

*Batman tackles Bane but is overpowered*

BANE: You fight like a younger man, with nothing held back. Admirable but mistaken.
*Batman uses his EMP on his utility belt to cut the lights*

BANE: Ahhh you think darkness is your ally? You merely adopted the dark. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but blinding!

*Bane grabs Batman out of the shadows*

BANE: The shadows betray you because they belong to me!

*Bane punches a defeated Batman on his mask repeatedly*

BANE: I will show where I've made my home whilst preparing to bring justice. Then I'll break you.

*Bane blows a hole in the ceiling revealing Batmans armory*

BANE: Your precious armory! Gratefully accepted! We will need it.

*Batman gets up, obviously weakened*

BANE: Ah yes I was wondering which would break first...

*Batman charges at Bane but is knocked to the ground*

BANE: Your spirit...

*Bane lifts Batman over his head*
BANE: Or your body!

*Bane drops Batman on his knee breaking Batman's back*
