Hey Tony, uhm, this is Nick calling about the [?] house down on 11th Snowfield Court, out in Midland
Uhm, I mean it's a cool house, its uh, you got it listed for 1295, it's 5,300 square feet
It's got the brick facade
The garages are great, garage doors are great, but I mean you and I both know the place needs some updating
It's got the original brick flooring, standard bond, running bond, whatever you call it
It's pretty good but, the place needs a lot of updating, the 90's cabinets are rough
The appliances are old, and I know they're replaceable but
All the wood needs to be stripped, and sanded, and recolored
As good as it is, it needs a lot, but it is dope..
The built-ins are great, the roof lines are great
Give me a call back, uhm, I have a cool client that wants to get into it
