"You know, one of the things -- I'm a faith teacher, I believe strongly in the teaching of faith. Faith is all throughout the Bible, from Genesis through to Revelation. But I believe one of the mistakes that has been made in either the teaching of faith or the interpretation of faith is that a lot of people now kind of have God in this little box where, if God doesn't do all the stuff I'm asking Him to. So a lot of people end up basing their relationship with God on whether or not they've got all the stuff they've been praying for. Well, if you never get another thing that you ask God for, He's still been good to you. If you never got one more thing -- if you never got another car, if you never got another house, if you never got married, if you never got another job, and if healing never manifested in your body -- you would still need to praise God for the rest of your days, with every breath in your body, because He's still been good to you. And I can tell you one thing that you can spend the rest of your life praying to God for: it's the blood of Jesus Christ. You could spend the rest of your days just thanking Him for the blood of Jesus Christ that has redeemed you, that has sanctified you. It's more precious than silver, more precious than gold, more precious than houses or cars or land or money, and so much of the body of Christ has got their attention off of what is really important..."
