The Keepers
He pulls up to a mailbox
In the middle of the night
Leaves some money for a family
Who are facing hard times
He's a keeper
She's leaning on a walker
And she's leaning on her Lord
In her Sunday best, she welcomes folks
Walking through the doors
She's a keeper
They keep on sharing Jesus
They keep on showing love
They keep on serving others
No one sees but the Lord above
They keep on persevering
They're nеver letting up
Hallelujah for thе faithful believers
Thank God for the keepers
She drops in for a visit
To a neighbor all alone
She brings him food and prays him through
Shines hope into his home
She's a keeper
Oh, it isn't always easy
But he sticks to what is true
He's bold, and brave and sure he's called
To preach the good, good news
He's a keeper
They keep on sharing Jesus
They keep on showing love
They keep on serving others
No one sees but the Lord above
They keep on persevering
They're never letting up
Hallelujah for the faithful believers
Thank God for the keepers
Chapter after chapter
The story of their lives
Expecting nothing in return
All for the cause of Christ
They keep on sharing Jesus
They keep on showing love
They keep on serving others
No one sees but the Lord above
They keep on persevering
They're never letting up
Hallelujah for the faithful believers
Thank God for the keepers
Thank God for the keepers
Thank God for the keepers
Thank God for the keepers
Thank God for the keepers
