Pocket Full of Seeds
A world full of church members
We watch the hours go by
The sands of time have gotten in our eyes
Blinded to the cries of a hurting world
We cannot see the pain in their lives
Keeping the truth all to ourselves
Content as we can be
There's a famine in the land
We've got a pocket full of seeds
There's a famine in the land
We've got a pocket full of seeds
Could we give the bread of life
And the hope that Jesus brings
Living water flows through our hearts
Could we quench the thirst
Of a friend in need
There's a famine in the land
We've got a pocket full of seeds
Jesus says my house is full
But my field is empty
Where have we all been at working time
Sitting around the table
Feasting in the house of plenty
While the hungry world looks in
From the outside
KeepinG the truth all to ourselves
Content as we can be
There's a famine in the land
We've got a pocket full of seeds
There's a famine in the land
We've got a pocket full of seeds
Could we give the bread of life
And the hope that Jesus brings
Living water flows through our hearts
Could we quench the thirst
Of a friend in need
There's a famine in the land
We've got a pocket full of seeds
Living water flows through our hearts
Could we quench the thirst
Of a friend in need
There's a famine in the land
We've got a pocket, a pocket full of seeds
A pocket full of seeds
