If you want then we can sell our souls, it’s really not that bad
At least you’ve got a soul to sell and you can always win it back
If you want then we can sell the clothes that we will never wear
Book a flight to no mans land, just to stop and stare

And I don’t mind if that’s all we’ll ever be
Just a footprint nobody will see

If you want they we can treat the morning like the afternoon
If you want then we can just be sad, we’ll wake up one day soon
If you want then we can just slow down, we beat ourselves to death
For not living in time with thе constant light, as if that’s all there is

And if you want, I can try to make you laugh
But I’m OK, just to wait for a nеw past
And if you want, we can make a fire so
Our broken homes, will fade into the smoke

And I don’t mind if that’s all we’ll ever be
Just a postcard nobody will read
Just a song bird singing out of key
Just a footprint nobody will see
