How Would I Feel?
All the things she wrote, before she went to sleep
And now I think about he secrets that she keeps
Then one night I saw her resting there
I tried to ignore it but I was well aware
Inside it was stories, ones I didn't know
One she never told me, one I had to know
Would she write about another?
Some guy had a child that become her lover
God, I need to stop
How would I feel? How would I feel?
If she was going through my emails
Searching through my phone
How would I feel? How would I feel?
If she was going through my pockets
When she was home alone
Okay I will take a look, guess this paper do
I will just read one page, maybe two
Half an hour later and I cannot put it down
My insecurities won't stop till the bad news is found
My god, she has done things to make me feel this way
But would she write inside this book if everything was okay?
I know that her aunt calls from time to time
And heard they're talking confessions I am reading in these lines
How would I feel? How would I feel?
If she was going through my emails
Searching through my phone
How would I feel? How would I feel?
If she was going through my pockets
When she was home alone
Reached the last page all I found was this
A poem called "I Love My Baby's Kiss"
I put the book down and I sat right there and thought
She does not even know what I feel, just like I'm caught
Eighty four pages she mostly wrote about me
And complaints about my storing
Was the worst I've seen
How would I feel? How would I feel?
If she was going through my emails
Searching through my phone
How would I feel? How would I feel?
If she was going through my pockets
When she was home alone
Girl, I need to know how would it feel
How would it feel?
Why don't you trust me? I thought I knew you
What did I ever do to make you feel so insecure?
Now you've got me wondering, can I trust you with me?
If you don't believe how should I feel?
How, how should I feel?
How should I?
You don't believe
You don't believe
