It was a job of the FBI to root out internal enemies of the USA
Information on Getty was also collected by the Navy Department and by military intelligence

And the officials of the US Justice Department
With J P Getty in Berlin the Getty owned Pierre Hotel within New York City becoming a hotbed for Germans

It was reported that Getty had given the German Army advice on how to break through the Maginot Line along the border of France and Germany
Getty was hastily attending Hitlers 1938, 1939, and 1940 rallies in Berlin
With Getty speaking highly of the Nazi Regime
During a period when Hitler was invading Poland, Austria, and Czechoslovakia
A period when the ovens were already incinerating prisoners since 1933
Exemplary looting of the Rothschild collection was the German's main objective
And to later hand him as much Rothschild property as possible as it represented the most prestigious collection for the hands of dignitaries
As Baron Rothschild was held prisoner and subjected to hard labor by Goering and the Nazis

Concerned about what was to be done with the Rothschild's furniture
At an official party thrown by Nazi leaders in 1938
Getty was an accompany of Hilda Krueger, a girlfriend of Hitler himself
Getty wanted throughout Germany and Austria blind to Hitlers threat to Western Democracies and Civilization
And oblivious to the torment of the Jews
On November 10th 1938 the so called "Crystal Night" "The Night of the Crystal" "Night of Broken Glass"
Getty was negotiating the sale of Rothschild’s furniture
Antique dealers complicity with the germans were quite able to get rid of anything on the market
Getty attended the September 1939 speech by Hitler which Getty called "impressive"
When Hitler hysterically attacked Britain Getty was also investing his own money in German Government Bonds
On November 23rd 1940 as J P Getty landed in New York
Getty told reporters he was in Berlin negotiating a large shipment of oil
Getty had contended that Russia had all the oil she wanted and if she wanted to send oil to Germany that was her business
Churchill's minister of Economic Warfare did not agree
Roosevelt was told that oil was being sent to the USSR from America via Mexico
On December 20th 1940 the New York Daily News stated that Getty was involved in a big supplying of Italy and Germany with oil
Britain was being bombed for month as the FBI's report that Getty was shipping oil to the Nazi's
7 months before Pearl Harbor December 7th 1941
Getty appointed Claus von Bûlow, as his Chief Executive. (Real name Borberg, son of imprisoned Nazi collaborator)
J.P. Getty II KBE; a Knight of the British Empire, lived on his English country estate at Wormsley, after his father supported Hitler
Gordon Getty living in his posh mansion in San Francisco after allied soldiers were killed in a war that was fueled by Getty's oil
